Volcanic richness, syrupy sweetness, and near-zero acidity.
Sourced from the misty volcanic highlands of Kintamani in Bali, Indonesia, Bali Blue is an exotic single-origin crafted for lovers of heavy, unctuous body. Cultivated by smallholder farming families at elevations up to 1,600 meters in nutrient-dense volcanic loam, these Arabica cherries are hand-harvested beneath citrus shade trees, traditionally wet-hulled (Giling Basah), and slow-dried on sun-drenched raised beds.
This historic Indonesian processing method coaxes out massive, syrupy mouthfeel, dark chocolate truffle sweetness, and warm cedar spice, while almost completely eliminating stomach-upsetting acidity. Roasted to a deliberate medium-dark profile, it delivers the intensity of an island reserve cup with a finish as smooth as silk.

Home Brewing Guide
Engineered to shine across immersion, filter, and pressure brewing:
- French Press (Recommended for Ultimate Body): Grind coarse. Use a 1:15 ratio (30g coffee to 450g water at 200°F). Steep for 4 minutes before plunging. This method preserves natural bean oils, yielding a luxurious, dessert-like cup with molten chocolate notes.
- Pour-Over & Chemex: Grind medium-coarse. Brew with a 1:16 ratio at 205°F with slow, continuous center pours. Brings out caramelized brown sugar sweetness and a crisp hint of sweet spice while maintaining an ultra-clean cup.
- Espresso: Grind fine. Pull a 1:2 ratio (18g dry coffee to 36g liquid espresso in 28 to 30 seconds). Yields a thick, decadent shot with mahogany crema that cuts through oat milk and sweet cream with ease.
