The Origin & Sourcing Grown at 1,200 to 1,600 meters in the fertile volcanic loam of Kintamani, Bali. Smallholder family farmers hand-harvest ripe cherries and utilize traditional wet-hulled processing, followed by sun-drying on raised beds. We roast each small batch to a rich medium-dark, then immediately grind and nitrogen-flush seal each pod to lock in peak aroma and full-bodied freshness.
