Daily Brew Guide

Crafted to be foolproof whether you are brewing a quick travel mug before work or a slow weekend pot:

• Automatic Drip Maker: Grind medium. Use a 1:16 ratio (approximately 2 level tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 oz of fresh, cold water). Yields a consistent, rich, everyday morning pot that holds up beautifully black or with a splash of cream.
• Pour-Over & Chemex: Grind medium-fine. Brew at 200°F with a 1:15 ratio. A 45-second bloom coaxes out delicate honeyed almond sweetness and a crisp, clean finish.
• Smooth Cold Brew: Grind coarse. Steep at a 1:8 ratio in cool filtered water for 16 to 18 hours in the fridge. Yields a velvety, chocolate-forward iced coffee concentrate with near-zero bitterness.
