The Origin & Sourcing Grown at 1,300 to 1,650 meters in rich volcanic soil, our Colombian beans are hand-harvested at peak ripeness by smallholder farming families. The cherries are fully washed and sun-dried on open-air patios to preserve their natural sweetness and clean finish. We roast each small batch to a dialed-in medium to highlight the origin's sweet fruit notes while building a rich, comforting body.
