Rich bittersweet dark cocoa, fragrant Ceylon cinnamon, and sweet Mexican vanilla in a smooth, spiced specialty roast.
The Story
Inspired by traditional Mexican hot chocolate and the heritage of cafe de olla, Mexican Chocolate brings together warming spices and artisanal roastery craft. We start with specialty-grade single origin Arabica, roasted in small batches to a smooth, balanced medium. While the beans are still warm from the roaster, they are gently infused with all-natural flavoring oils to layer rustic stone-ground cocoa, sweet Ceylon cinnamon, and aromatic vanilla directly into the bean. Delicious on its own for a cozy morning cup, and unforgettable as an after-dinner cordial paired with coffee liqueur or aged spirits.
