Golden honey sweetness, smooth caramel, and lush fruit notes in a beautifully balanced cup.
The Story
Hidden within the rugged, misty highlands of Chimbu Province in Papua New Guinea, this exceptional single-origin coffee is cultivated by small agricultural cooperatives dedicated to traditional harvesting craft. Planted in nutrient-dense volcanic loam soils at 1,350 meters, classic Bourbon and Typica varieties mature slowly, developing an unmistakable sweet complexity. Each harvest is fully washed using pure mountain water and sun-dried on open patios. Small-batch roasted to a smooth medium, it reveals luscious layers of wildflower honey, warm caramel, and a juicy fruit finish. It is a comforting, expressive brew crafted to honor community, care, and pride in every pour.
