The Origin & Sourcing Cultivated at elevations between 1,750 and 2,200 meters in nutrient-dense volcanic soil, these indigenous heirloom varietals mature slowly, concentrating complex sugars inside every bean. Hand-picked by smallholder growers, meticulously washed, and dried under the sun on raised African beds. We roast each batch gently to preserve its delicate aromatics and sparkling sweetness.
