Sweet bourbon vanilla, charred oak, and rich dark chocolate in an artisan barrel-aged pour.
The Story
Where craft roastery precision meets traditional oak cask aging. Our Whiskey Barrel Aged coffee begins with select single-origin Guatemala green coffee beans, carefully sealed inside authentic bourbon oak barrels for 30 full days. As the unroasted beans rest, they naturally absorb rich aromatics of aged bourbon, toasted vanilla, and caramelized charred oak sugars. Once peak barrel maturity is reached, we roast each batch fresh to order, caramelizing the barrel-infused sweetness while preserving the chocolate depth and fruit clarity of the Guatemalan terroir. It is an elevated, non-alcoholic specialty cup roasted to order with intention and pride.
